@JioCare I had raised a service request SR00002EORWI for internet not working on 5th July. Resolution time given was 6th July. Now engineer visit is being rescheduled every day. I received message that it has been rescheduled to 9th now. This is unacceptable. Pls resolve it ASAP.

@nykaacares This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional that you are charging incorrect amount and then justifying it by saying that the invoice is incorrect. Are your systems so incapable that they can't generate correct invoice? I want the refund for the extra amount charged.

@MyNykaa I ordered a product from Nykaa and paid 2225 INR after all discounts. However, on the invoice I can see the product cost as 1213.85 INR after discount and a total of 1565.77 INR including shipping charges. Why was I charged 660 INR extra?
