@Apple @AppleSupport Hi Apple, my wife and I ordering an Imac has been a masterclass in bad customer service/policies. Policy= Ordered an Imac that came with a bad keyboard out of the box, we had to send the entire computer back which seemed ludicrous to us. Please reach out.

@JayzTwoCents I used to be able to save and piece together a pretty sick PC build. It started with the video card BS and continued to kill my joy. Couple that with games that are so poorly optimized and I don't feel like my time and money are valued anymore.

@tacobell Can you help me understand how a location can accept an online order and then over an hour later cancel it with no info and then I drive over to see that they have no cars in the drive thru and nobody in the lobby and they forgot my chips but gave me the cheese.
