@RelianceGenIn @DeepakS96902242 Reliance took 3 months to solve my issue since my baggage delay in airport. They said that money credited in my account but They didn't transfer. After sending 2 times email they said reliance will check again 😏. In policy mentioned 500$ but they will give me only 1400 rupees.

When I want to claim for my delayed baggage in airport, plenty of documents given and one point they said it's not attached with airlines. Finally they agreed without any apologies. Money is not credited but they keep arguing that it's credited to my account. @Reliance insurance

@flyspicejet I travelled on September 2,2023 from Madurai to Dubai. One of my bag is missing when I reached Dubai. My question is why should I come back to airport to get my bag. It is completely spicejet mistake and they need to take full responsibility to solve this issue.
