Shout out to @verizon for lack of interest in providing support. Sure no signal at my house for 6 years(until I moved) now I can't send any texts from the office. They seem to want to crowdsource support, and the "real time" chat was ignored. Time for a switch.
Don't think I've ever taken to the Twitter to complain about a company, but my recent experience at @Lowes might require it. 3 customer service failures over 2 weeks at 2 stores, & form letter responses. 3 calls to the store...no answer #BusinessMustBeGood
