@OliverHealdUK I have been in contact with the office every 48 hours for the past month and still awaiting a call back from the upgrade team. We have run out of options and desperately want to go on our first family holiday with our 8 month old son.
@OliverHealdUK please can you help me? I am a residence of Cottered and still awaiting our passports. We fly on 9 June and @HmPassport cannot find them. I received a text message on 12 April to say that the passports were being processed and the money left my account on 13 April.
