Because when the results show up, nobody’s going to remember the early mornings, the slow months, the doubt.
They’ll just call it luck.
Clarity x Strategy x Time
That’s the formula they won’t see.
That’s the one that makes you “lucky.”
But first you have to get honest with yourself about what you actually want.
Then you need a strategy that’s built around those goals.
Then you have to work.
Not for a week.
Not until it gets hard.
For long enough that people forget you were ever a beginner.
You’re 6-12 months away from being “lucky”…
From having
“Good genetics”
From being
“Born confident”
From being
“lucky you work for yourself”
From being
“always motivated”
5 minutes a day:
- Learning a language
- Meditating
- Creating content
- Going for a walk
- Preparing quality food
(insert desired behaviour/future desire)…
Your foundation is simple:
1. A structured training program + progressive overload
2. Balanced nutrition that prioritises protein
3. Recovery (reduce stress & sleep) are the most powerful (and free) tools you have
they have their place, don't get me wrong.
but they're not the start point,
they do NOT build our foundation,
i like to think of them as 1%ers, the icing on the cake, not what moves the visible needle.
your problem isn't lack of effort,
your problem is a lack of alignment.
the effort is there.
the capacity is there.
the energy is there...
you're just putting it into the wrong things
