We considered different options, including INK. However, INK mining has already ended and its verification and distribution are following an established process. We don't want to change INK allocations or tokenomics after the fact.

This cPen Goodwill Support for BitMart-Affected Users is a separate, voluntary goodwill program, so we believe HATN is the more appropriate token to use.

We also understand that HATN does not yet have a market price. Before applications open, we will publish the calculation method, per-user cap, eligibility rules, and full program details so affected users can clearly understand how their HATN credit will be determined.
