A8 I would love to see the earlier discussed building level aspect shared with administrators. I would love for it to be a true part of the SEL initiative and have ALL take ownership - not just another serving on teacher plates.

A6 Def sharing the data of the tool, getting the parent and any one that is an advocate for a student goes a long way. The "I hear you, and moving forward we want the student to succeed which will be great for the student as well as ..."

A3 Students need to first have support to understand what the goal is and why they need behavior to support it. They may mean teaching why or what school behavior is and why we need it. Tell them what and why we expect it.

A2 Having a relationship helps, but de-escalation and reinforcing the positive or desired outcomes for sure. Repeating like a broken record and maybe, "I hear that you are saying/doing XYZ. We need to move forward with 123. Can you join us?" or something...
