@united No entertainment, no bueno on a long haul flight UA16 LIS-IAD 2 weeks ago. FAs “noted” my concern but didn’t offer anything to pacify my frustration. I overheard an attendant talking to a Portugese passenger with the same complaint, and was gifted compensation. No fair!
