@amandacuda@lclambeck@connpost I started w/ 2 masks in November when I was +. I lived in my 1000sq ft home with my hubby and daughter whom remained - during my 14 days. They tested every week from my + through Dec 23 and once in Jan. Negative. I still mask x 2. I believe.
I urge districts to join the @FAFSA Challenge and help their seniors in completing the #FAFSA. We will not allow Connecticut’s strong completion rate for the FAFSA be another casualty of the pandemic.
@lclambeck And they'll all go to the dumpster because the parents can't afford the device insurance. Device insurance should be a parent-district cost share now $80.30, but no one seems to give 2 cents because I have brought this up to board members and got nothing in return.
@chrissyteigen Because of Final Destination I will not go to a "stay in the car" car wash and ditto on the flat bed or any truck with ladders on top of it.
@BpsIts@JosephSokolovi1 Your reply doesn't make sense. I recognize that the cost was not ratified, but you are screwing the families. Period. 2nd, BMA students were not given any option to opt out. We were told we had to use the district issued device. In writing.
@lclambeck They phone blasted everything else, but not this? The decision makers sometimes forget to put themselves in the shoes of those impacted - the teachers and the students.
@JosephSokolovi1 It was a well thought out plan and nicely done presentation. If mine were still in elem school, after yesterday, I would have had no problem sending her 5 days. She is going her 2 days in HS. I have another moving into campus dorm living in 2 weeks. I worry, but keep on going.
