What needs to be very clear is that @jimmykimmel was not fired for exercising his first amendment rights. He was fired because he said something that was outrageously false. He said that Charlie Kirk’s assassin was part of MAGA and it had been confirmed by that point by his parents, (who are Republicans) that he had been radicalized online and had very left-wing views currently. He was also living with another man who was transitioning. Need I say more? Telling a blatant lie on television is different from free speech and there should be consequences for what he did. Good for @ABC. @TheView should be next!
