This critical transition involves upgrading the network from Protocol 22 while simultaneously shifting OS environments from Ubuntu 20 to 24 and databases from PostgreSQL 12 to 16.

The rollout requires intensive internal data reprocessing to optimize subsystems for higher transaction throughput and storage efficiency across the global validator set.
