My 15yr old granddaughter still hasn't emptied the dishwasher.
I asked her to do it four hours ago.
Now she's freaking out because she can't find her phone...
Which is on silent in the dishwasher.

Can’t even be mad at a man for weighing up his options. It’s his career. He absolutely should pick what benefits him the most and not Tottenham. As a fan though - the pain this man has caused me as someone who acc backed him as a signing is heavy. What a shambles all round
Tottenham have actually done everything right this summer, the problem is that football doesn’t always reward you immediately for making the right decisions.
They’ve changed the squad, addressed several weak areas, backed a new manager, added more quality and tried to build a team that actually fits the direction they want to go in.
They didn’t make andom signings just for the sake of adding players. You can see there’s more thought behind the profiles they are bringing in and how those players are supposed to function together.
But this is where the patience comes in. A new squad still needs chemistry, a new manager needs time to establish his principles, and Tottenham have had an absurd amount of disruption through injuries and availability.
You can make 8/10 decisions in the transfer market and still look like a 5/10 team for a while.
That’s the part people struggle to understand about squad building. Recruitment fixes the ceiling of a team, but it doesn’t instantly create cohesion.
I actually think Tottenham are much closer to getting this right than the current noise suggests. The question is no longer whether they have enough talent. It is whether they can finally get continuity, stability and a clear tactical identity around that talent.
@HotspurCaIIum@HotspurEdition The idea of it being the pitch only really came to light when Real Madrid also had a retractable pitch and they got a couple of ACL injuries, then people starting putting 2+2 together. Not sure if it's actually proven to be an issue.
It's so unfair, can someone tell me how a club like Aston Villa who were in the championship 7 years ago can now afford Grealish and spending over £150m on other players whilst Spurs that has come in Europe 17 times in the last 20 seasons HAS TO LISTEN TO THEIR WHINEY SHIT.
In the 2026 Europa League Final, Villa beat Freiburg 3-0 and then bought their best player for £60m because they have three times Freiburg's turnover. I presume that is what we are discussing here?
