I am being threatened with more than 30 years in prison by the Spanish judicial system for sharing documented information about the “Caso Bar España” — a massive alleged network of child sexual abuse involving judges, politicians, police officers, and businessmen in the province of Castellón (Valencian Community), with clear connections to similar European networks.

From the courts in Castellón, a heavily manipulated judicial process has been opened against me and six more people.

They have charged me with multiple counts of “crimes against moral integrity”, continuous calumnies and injuries with publicity against public authorities and private individuals.

The Public Prosecutor is asking for decades of effective prison time, a civil indemnity of 1.3 million euros, and the complete deletion of all my internet "Las Cloacas del Sistema" accounts and content.

Fundamental rights are being systematically violated: the right to defense, the right to a fair and impartial trial, the right to freedom of expression and information, and the right to the presumption of innocence.

We have been denied the possibility of properly defending ourselves while the authorities rush to silence us forever.

The only objective of this process is crystal clear: to erase all my accounts from the internet and shut me up permanently so that the truth about the “Bar España” case and its international ramifications never sees the light of day.

This is exactly what happened in the Dutroux case in Belgium — the same pattern of cover-up, persecution of those who expose the network, and the use of the justice system as a weapon to protect the powerful.

We urgently need international help.

We need the world to know what the Spanish “justice” system is doing right now: criminalizing victims and whistleblowers while protecting a pedophilia network that has operated with impunity for decades.
