I am not whining b/c I need groceries. I was ordering prepared food for my 86 yo Aunt in Ca. She had a procedure and is home bound. This is all I can do from DC to help her. @Instacart has poor customer service with no resolution for the problem they created.

Has anyone else experienced being locked out of your @Instacart account for no reason?! I logged in through Google and was sent the code to verify it is me and I am now locked out.

The error message said an email would be sent, but over an hour later, no email. I engaged a chat and the chat was ended by @Instacart once I said I was taking this to X.
