@CottonMoses @ananavarro If you look at the county totals, even those small western Kansas counties had sizeable "No" votes, many of them were very very close. Those voters defied more social pressure to vote yes, and I am even more proud of them.

@nmraptor @ananavarro The vote was surprisingly close in conservative and less populated counties in central and western Kansas too. I think it is really important that people do not just think the "city folks" made this happen.

@Greg43098140 @ananavarro A couple of years ago, the Kansas Supreme Court ruled that abortion was protected by the state constitution. Republicans placed a question on the Primary Ballot calling to amend the const. to allow laws to be passed banning abortion. It failed.
