If you are considering asking me to mentor you this is minimum what you need to know. Please don’t ask me if you don’t understand basic market structure. At minimum you have to know:

- what SH and SL is
- where/what supply and demand are
- what HH, HL, LH and LL are
- what SOW and SOS are and how to spot them
- how to draw fibs
- how to read a chart- where is candle’s open and close

You don’t have to know anything about Master’s techniques but you must know at least the above. What I help with is to level up not learn the basics.

Also nobody who follows larps, is a larp himself, who thinks trading will make him millions without effort won’t be entertained.

I have very strict rules of with whom I want to work with. It is my time and effort that goes into helping you shape your 👁️ and 🧠 and I will not waste it on anyone who I think will cheapen the craft. I often say no and give advice to those who are not ready on what they can do to level up. I also often stay in touch with each mentee without time limit and it continues beyond mentor-mentee relationship.

It’s a very personal experience and I make sure those I connect with are looked after- but it comes with a promise of hard work and dedication from the other person.

Say what you want- this guy’s mentality is unmatched. I often watch his videos and charge my own motivation from his words. A lot speaks to me on very deep levels and has power to help me keep going.

I’ve my goals and my dreams. But I am only human. And when I recognise the moments that can drag me lower I often go and seek for inspiration in others. He is definitely one of the people I like to watch.

But I don’t want to make it only about Ronaldo in this post- I want to make it about you- do not listen to the noise. I shared a post about our brain yesterday - go and read it if you haven’t yet. The moment you understand you are in control of your destiny and you have everything in your possession to make it happen you learn to use all the available resources to keep you on that path.

Choose your tools, learn to wield them, know your limits and know when to stop to adjust. Stop adding to external pressure. Fall in love the process.

With trading one things is very true and real for me- it doesn’t build your character- it reveals it.

Read that again.

TRADING DOESN’T BUILD YOUR CHARACTER. IT REVEALS IT.

This means you get to see who you actually are. And it might be the hardest pill to swallow. But when you face yourself and the reality you will also know you have ways to improve and change.

Find people that show you the path and help you stay on it.
Ronaldo may not be your “hero” but there’s no denying- he mastered the game of self improvement. And I will use it as a battery for me. Find yours.

Can recommend every man to read these books/skills: "How to Be a 3% Man" , "The Multi-Orgasmic Man" and learn how to make a women squirt!

Also one of the best things you can learn about yourself is the 5 love languages (receiving and giving) and the quiz about attachment styles! (Anxious,secure etc)

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you thought “this time will be different and I will make it”?
You start a new diet, new business venture, new relation, new job, new project…and for a while you really, REALLY believe it will all work out this time…

BUT

5 minutes later you hear a voice of doubt in your head. And suddenly a spiral of more negative thoughts begins…: you stop believing-> you stop acting -> you stop trying -> you stop trusting yourself.

And your brain registers a thought that quickly becomes a statement : “I was right. Nothing can ever work out for me.”

It’s not the lack of effects/changes at the start that perpetuate the old narrative.

What perpetuates it is what you do right after the first disappointment.

Your brain finishes the story for you before life manages to write a new one.

So ask yourself this- who is actually in charge? You? Or the most powerful tool and muscle in your possession that you’ve given the control away to?

I get it! I was messing of course in my usual style 😉 It can be absolutely exhausting. Even being in Portugal for nearly 2 years now I find it super hard to adjust to the heat. So not being used to it and being hit with those soaring temperatures is hard on anyone. It takes us longer to balance the temperatures. Just stay hydrated and keep the baby cool as much as you can. Hope you guys are keeping well. I can’t believe that messer did what he said he would 🙃🤭
