Hey everyone, sorry for the silence — tweeting this from a hospital bed. A few days ago, I passed out during a stairmaster session and was admitted for dehydration and low blood pressure.
Hoping to be cleared soon so I can get back to the gym — carefully this time — and pick up where I left off with pull day. Thanks for sticking with me.

It’s been a wake-up call. I’ve been so focused on pushing myself that I forgot to listen to my body. Progress is important, but so is knowing your limits. Thankfully, nothing major happened, and I’m being monitored closely.
Day 11 & 12 – Closed out another split with legs yesterday, followed by a solid push day today. Threw in a little cardio at the end too. Realized I haven’t weighed myself since Day 1… might step on the scale tomorrow 👀 I know it’s early, but I’m curious.

Started a new job at McDonald’s but still making time to get that work in.

Day 8 - Taking it easy today - body’s feeling the soreness after a busy week in the gym. Been seeing a lot of people doing cheat meals on their rest days.. debating if I should. Part of me worries it might spiral into old habits though. Gotta stay focused. #MonkeyMode#LockedIn

Still getting a lot of stares at the gym being a bigger guy. Used to let it get to me... not anymore.

Day 5 - Today was the hardest to get outta bed. Body sore, mind weak.
I wanted to quit so bad. But I told myself—just one good thought. One reason to go. That’s all it takes.
