For any kids who need a creative writing task, here's a competition that I help to judge - we look for imagination, not spelling, grammar and the fronted adverbial count. Free to U-18s, closes 5 March. Please retweet. Open https://t.co/CZEH29SrCX
@MHarrison13@Ameandme As a KS2 teacher and hopeful writer, this is one of the least enjoyable parts of teaching for me. Really strips some of the magic away from writing. A #strava for all us educators to support our mental health especially at the moment sitting on screens for hours! It records swim, bike, run(walks) on the leader board as many only show runs. Thank you @stevo_palms! #edutwitter

I wrote a chapter book over the Christmas holidays. As part of the lockdown, I've been sharing it with my class Ch by Ch for a little light entertainment on @purpleMash. Responses like this, certainly make you proud! #writing#edutwitter#Reading
Two boys from different year groups and probably didnt know each other's names before yesterday, worked together to make a Safari Park! The small brown thing in the bottom left is a crab and the orange light is a light for night time and the bat signal for Batman! #education
