This evening we had our ICOM leavers’ BBQ, which celebrated our fab international students and gave the new committee chance to organise their first event. As ever, @MonktonCatering provided some incredible BBQ food 😋

Last night students from across the school came together to enjoy Monkton’s very first Afro-Caribbean dinner! @MonktonCatering served up some absolutely incredible food including aki and saltfish, suya, ox-tail stew and more 😋
As part of Cultural Diversity Day @MonktonCatering have served us up some treats. It was also lovely to see posters about lots of the different cultures which make our community so special. @monktonbath
Monkton’s first Cultural Diversity Day is in full swing! We started the day with a delicious European-style breakfast 🥖 with teacher and student fact files all around the room!
Then we heard from four members of our international community: Un, Dami, Duncan, and Mr Ashton, who shared what their cultural identity means to them!
