@kumagayasin You might need to have more magnesium and salt in your diet.

When I was running a lot, I would get awful cramps! I started taking magnesium supplements and added more salt to my food. (Or eat some pickles since they are salty)

Men can carry their weight in different ways.

You get the more round belly when the fat is stored more under the abdominal wall in the omentum

Subcutaneous (directly under the skin) creates a more squishy belly

And of course some combo of both!

@CharlesbutDoggy If I was an artist I would want to fix all the ones I have seen over the years where the character is squatting at the gym and the barbell isn't even on their back. It tears me up every time, but I don't want to say something to them and sound rude.
