@LyonsdenCS I do like 80’s metal. It’s probably seeping out of my subconscious. I just don’t want to mislead readers by implying that there’ll be anything about metal in the story. Although maybe there should be.

@DrWriteIsIn Very close! I’m so happy so much of that is conveyed! The guy with the flashlight is a burglar. The demon lives with, or perhaps is imprisoned by, a man of faith. I don’t think I can summarize it as eloquently as you did. Hopefully it will be clearer with dialogue and more pages.
