Disappointment? This is why AA is at the bottom of all airline with costumer service.

Not hard to change carriers now. At lease with working WiFi.

@LaneHomeFurn I bought a sofa from a very respectable retailer that had been in business for 40 yrs who recently went out of business. Lane will not honor the warranty due to the store going out of business. I have a company asses the repair, they said it was manufacture defect.

1/2 My girlfriend booked a property through @vrbo (paid in full) and the owner never sent check-in instructions. I made contact with VRBO customer service three times on my arrival date, the final phone call ended in them telling me I would have to find another place to stay.
