Politics, current affairs and humour - the lines can become blurred and sometimes may involve all three!

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

Coal Energy China V U.K

Power stations - 1118 v 2
Output - Chinas largest 6.72GW v UK Total 2.35GW
Global coal usage - 50% v 0.5%

The Net Zero fanatics should focus on the problem countries and the UK isn’t one of them!!! Not globally or even within Europe.

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@IainDale @BrexitStewart The saddest thing - today’s vote https://t.co/ZbCNoT4QKp the difference in determining the Green Party being tbe winner for Thursdays St Pancras and Holborn MP election!!😡

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@FUDdaily @ollieparrot They have voted on a Green Party definition that is abhorrent to most of us in the west - yet will probably win the party more votes in St Pancras and Holborn!! 😡

[Anne Hegerty @anne_hegerty]

@carla_denyer Tell you what. Get your Muslim members to promise they will never attend a mosque that criticises homosexuality. Then we’ll talk.

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@almurray Their parents already hate England.
Can you imagine the chaos and protests England v Israel compared with England v Iran ⚽️

[Stephen Phillips 💻 @uk_sf_writer]

Question Time producers: "operate a slipshod vetting system that encourages anti-Reform audience members to participate in plain sight."

Well, there's a surprise! NOT.

@FUDdaily War - No different to Dresden or Coventry.

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@uk_sf_writer @afneil The saddest part - Labour are delaying any announcement on opening Rosebank /Jackdaw ahead of Thursdays Holborn & St Pancras by election… This government are putting a local election focused on ‘Green’ (i.e increased welfare) & Gaza views above UK energy security!

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@BurnsideWasTosh @UKLabour ‘Everyone contributes’ 🤡

@normAL219 #Refugeeswelcome

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@JB11XI @RupertLowe10 Labour doesn’t care about the rising cost of fuel,,, it simply equates to an increase of fuel duty tax revenue!

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@RupertLowe10 Get the G7 to release diesel oil stock (Trump has just achieved) and reduce government fuel duty tax.
All better options than allowing Iran to produce a Nuclear Weapon.

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

So Trump threatening to ban US Diesel exports would push up fuel prices even further,,,,, however now the G7 release their diesel stocks, the US exports resume to normal and prices should reduce….
How and why is Trump always personified as the bad guy?

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@LizKershawDJ @andyburnham Give up something we know and has a guarantee - the triple lock, for something that is a complete unknown entity a promise and concept made by a Labour politician- improved elderly care…..
No thanks!!! 😡

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@JamesMelville You forgot the all important DE&I Manager. There would be the last to go!!

[Rebecca Butler @rebeccabutlerm2]

Are you trolling us now?
I am a barrister. Every single barrister, judge, senior doctor, nurse, local business owner I know voted Leave.
Leave voters took the time and effort to consider their vote. To listen to the various groups (fishermen being the most obvious) it was clear that the EU was heading towards a Federal Project via the extension of remit of the ECJ. Set up as a Commercial Court to prevent anti-competition behaviour, the Maastricht and Lisbon Treaties widened the scope to Immigration, Matrimonial, Social care, Employment and Human Rights.
What’s the problem with that? You wail.

The problem is this: the laws being enforced by the ECJ are not from a democratically elected parliament, but from a body called the EU Commission.

This is an appointed body, not elected. Before you ask: No, unlike our parliament, the EU Parliament does not originate law. It rubber stamps them from the Commission.

Feel free to ask me any questions you may have on any of the EU treaties, I know them inside out.

Before I go.
Remain voters voted for the SQ. A lazy vote, just like the entire machine of the state: lazy.

Don’t you dare call me stupid for my vote.

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@Lord_Sugar Difference being,,, Spurs and Everton don’t have the option of creating a new European super League, that would ensure the English Premier League implodes!

[Pete North @FUDdaily]

I keep saying it because it cannot be repeated enough. The Palestine flag is the flag of the Islamo-leftist revolutionary movement and it does not give a solitary fuck about Palestinians or Palestine. It is anti-West, anti-capitalist and anti-civilisation, and if you are seeing it anywhere on the streets of Europe then you are looking at the enemy. We must treat it as such and apply whatever force is necessary to stomp it into the dirt.

[Monty Donut @MontyNot]

@andyburnham Whoopiee - £2 bus fares and sitting next to my kids for free…...The exact thing I want my government to fix is unvetted uncontrolled immigration and lawlessness in our towns and cities.

[June Slater @juneslater17]

♦️ It happened in Dover, it's now happened in Blackpool.

♦️Result:
♦️ Labour - 458
♦️ Reform UK (Mark Butcher) - 419
♦️ Restore Britain - 79
♦️ Also rans - Local Conservatives 62, Green 44, Lib Dems 18, Independent 16

♦️ Restore's presence gave us second place. AGAIN❗79 votes for Restore, 39 votes in it. Their presence results in a left wing victory.

♦️ This will happen in a General Election. Restore cannot win, they can only cause Reform to lose.
Butcher4South tried hard and nearly did it .

You have one question
Do you want perpetual hard core socialism or do you want change ?
