Now, when I contacted customer care, they closed my case without my consent or confirmation. This is very disappointing service from @ASUSIndia@ASUS. Please look into this urgently.

Please resolve my problem
I had raised a warranty claim for my ASUS laptop while it was still under warranty. It took more than a month for the service to be arranged, and after around 1.5 months, a technician visited but didnโt resolve the issue. He left without fixing the problem.
