In Cyberpunk RED, there's a -2 modifier on a DV if the Character doesn't have the right tools or parts.

Outfits are absolutely "tools" in social situations. Wearing the wrong outfit (or the right one badly) in a situation can make things difficult.

@Holgast Yes, Yes I can. Now on to the hat!!!

@DeveloperDamien I dunno, forbidding a game that qualifies just because it would probably win just doesn't sit well with me, Even if it has a good reason I just, dunno.

@DeveloperDamien I've been a big fan of Cyberpunk 2020 Since about 1992. Cyberpunk RED is a great update to the system. Not perfect, but then nothing is.

Shadowrun is also a fun setting.

[Moon_Brooke @MoonBrooke3]

@DeveloperDamien What game system is it being run on?

[Moon_Brooke @MoonBrooke3]

@SugarPun @gaylikewhat Sounds like something I need to try.

I have officially bumped up the goal to 10k just because it's a great thing to shoot for at this point, and that also represents $400 apiece, or 2 months of groceries (at least that's how I perceive that kind of money)

Also close to 3k, wow
