The mistreatment isn’t only toward one member it’s toward all seven of them: Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-ki. There have been multiple incidents that many fans believe show the company failing to take responsibility or properly address these issues, despite years of concerns being raised. They shouldn’t have to experience mistreatment just because they’re chasing their dreams of becoming idols. The world is already difficult enough, so why should the company add to that? They’re all human beings, and as fans whether you support all seven, only one member, or have a bias you should take a moment to look at what’s happening and consider how it affects every member.

@lucifates receiving death threats, r@pe threats, and g0re videos should never be justified, no matter what side of a fandom you're on. NO HUMAN BEING deserves that. And if you choose to believe she's lying, what would she even gain from this? Attention? Mae has always been vocal about not sending death threats to other people.

Twitter should be a place for opinions, not a place where people are harassed and threatened because someone disagrees with them. If you're choosing not to speak up because you "don't want to get involved," or because your pride is too big to say something, then think about what you're staying silent over. This isn't just about her it's about ANY HUMAN BEING who is being threatened. If it were Sola, Sai, Kat, or any other "OT6" account in this position, I would be just as vocal.

No one deserves threats, and I'll stand against that every single time, regardless of what side they're on. At the end of the day, we're all human, and I have enough morals to defend EVERYONE.

So if you're justifying this, or staying quiet because of fandom loyalty, I genuinely hope you reflect on that and choose kindness instead. No one should feel forced to deactivate because things have reached this point. This is disgusting.
