2025 has been an eventful year for @Gen3Labs to say the least. I’m extremely proud of the boys and what we were able to achieve this year, here are some of the highlights:

- Built and released @aigentdotrun (token trading, personal onchain agent terminal, AI-driven analytics hub) for the XRPL, TRN and Flare
- Built the first X/Twitter AI agent with onchain XRPL integration (@aixrp_agent)
- A platform-wide UI/UX overhaul for @The_Tradeverse
- Spun up and managed all of the core infrastructure and services required to keep @TheRootNetwork operational without any Futureverse involvement
- Supported @TRNLabs with Developer Relations for TRN and managing the ecosystem grants program/grantees
- Maintained continuous updates and new features for @Zerpmon

Massive shoutout to the mega talented team like @markibanez @GuillaumeEvt @Madfly_xrp @xPepeLink and all the others who have contributed to Gen3 throughout the year

We’ve also been cooking something new for the XRP ecosystem behind the scenes for a while now, very excited to release it soon and start 2026 off with a bang. I have a feeling it might be the biggest year yet for XRP

It's been a wild journey that has led to this point, but we are now focused on working closely with @TRNLabs in the hand-over of the core infrastructure of @TheRootNetwork from @futureverse.

This hand-over is essential because it makes sure that no user loses access to any of their assets on The Root Network (both tokens and NFTs), and there is always a way for users to swap these assets on TRN or bridge them off. Also, throughout this multi-year journey on TRN we've worked closely with pretty much every team building on the network, from collaborative partnerships to technical support via our developer relations role, we have a duty to these builders to make sure that what they've built is not lost forever, and they have the option to see through their original vision.
At @Gen3Labs we feel a strong obligation to both the vast community out there that have assets on the network and builders that have spent time learning and building on the native Root Network to maintain the infrastructure required to access these assets/experiences as they please. What they choose to do with these, is up to them.

The future of the network will be 100% driven through community-led proposals and projects. We plan on continuing the TRN support for @The_Tradeverse, @zerpmon and @lootgame_, and I've spoken to many other builders and grantees which plan to maintain TRN support on their platforms as well (with a few also expanding multichain, which I think is always a great move for any project).
As for proposals, I personally have some ideas around leaning into the native XRP-integration and gaming specific functionality of TRN a bit more and further incentivising more consumer-focused XRP builders to build on TRN + allocating some funds towards integrating TRN into a bridging ecosystem like @axelar / @squidrouter alongside the XRPL, XRPL EVM Sidechain and all the top blockchains (we're even building something in stealth on a chain we've never built on before using @squidrouter and would definitely utilize interoperability with TRN). In the near future, I will spend some time fleshing out these concepts into a proper proposal that will be listed on the @VibeVote_xyz platform (super proud of @beleevens on this platform, have tested the alpha, and it works great).

There is still lots of uncertainty around the future of the network and FV, and we cannot guarantee anything, however we can assure everyone that our top priority is making sure network participants and builders will never lose access to their assets and hard work.

The network is truly in the hands of the community, and I'm looking forward to seeing the direction it gets taken in. Thank you for all the support, looking after the community has always been and always will be our top priority. 💜

Probably one of the hardest weeks of my life, with little warning we were informed that everything will change and either we step up or it’s all gone.
Years of work and effort that we put into the ecosystem we genuinely believed in just become meaningless unless we take on the biggest undertaking we’ve ever done with only a very small amount of resources.
I appreciate everything that FV has done and the support they did show us, but the fact that we’re in this situation after what the comms was like just a few months ago is insane. We lost out on a lot of what we were promised and through betting time/money on this eco, and now have to quickly figure out to have even come out of this ourselves.

Honestly still processing the whole situation, I’m not sure what lies in the future. We’re going to continue to try our hardest (as we always have), but it’s definitely some of the toughest times we’ve ever faced as a team, and a time of deep reflection.

I truly feel for everyone who is financially disadvantaged through this situation, we’re literally right there with you, and I hope we all have some good karma coming our way.

And as I have repeated the whole time, this community is filled with incredible and bright minds, we could not be more appreciative for the support we’ve always been shown.
Who knows what the future holds, but I hope to still see many of the amazing and passionate people that I’ve gotten to know through this journey right there with us, wherever that may be. 💜

I might be taking a bit of time away from socials over the coming week, to deeply reflect on the situation and best next steps for the remaining eco (both users and builders) and our own team at Gen3. Really appreciate everyone who has already reached out in support so far, I’ll be getting back to lots of the DMs later next week.

We are truly saddened to hear the news regarding the company restructuring, however we have already been deep in discussions with the team on how to continue the decentralised growth of the ecosystem

We believe there is an exciting and community-driven future for TRN & $ROOT, and we are working closely with multiple parties involved to do everything we can to make this a reality

I will be able to provide more information on this matter soon, and I really appreciate everyone who has already reached out to say they will gladly contribute to a decentralized and community-driven future of The Root Network

The team at @The_Tradeverse worked really hard on this platform overhaul and we’re super excited to get it into the hands of the community, some of the key improvements are 👇

- Revamped UI/UX across the entire site
- Added many new analytics features (especially on the DEX side)
- Backend performance upgrades to prepare for more NFTs/users very soon (like from the @CandyDigital ecosystem and @TRNLabs cohort 1 grantees)
- Restructured the platform flow to create a more streamlined user experience
- Built the framework for upcoming features like self-service gamified mints and collection bidding

Please let us know if you encounter any bugs with the new revamp, we’ll be sure to fix them quickly (or any suggestion/feedback)

We know times can feel uncertain, but what is certain is that we are here and building, and won’t stop

The future of TRN is decentralized and it is up to us as builders and community members, we will push forward and prevail
