@virginmedia why is it so difficult to change a package? You can get a more expensive one online easily with no need to contact. You hike up your prices and don't let us change to a cheaper package online, just get to talk to bots over and over about the wrong thing. NOT HELPFUL

@virginmedia why is it so difficult to change a package? To upgrade and pay even more money you can do it easily online without contacting. You hike up your prices but make it so difficult to change to another package that is cheaper. I get bot after bot after bot NOT HELPING
