@RamsNFL @Broncos I wish we could turn back the clock and have players upset after loses instead of smiling and acting giddy with one another while they swap jerseys. This is more than just entertainment for us super fans.

@ChadLeistikow Let’s Go Hawks

A celebration well earned.

What a moment for Kirk Ferentz and the Hawkeyes.

"That was a clinic."

@AaronTaylorCFB loved what he saw from Iowa's final drive. #CFT

@AndrewWhitworth Should be* a message to nfl brass to create more urgency to play in preseason games.

A former Marriott front desk agent said:

"In 6 years, I checked in 90,000 guests. Not one of them ever asked me the question that would've changed their entire stay."

"They asked for their reservation. They gave their name. They took the key. They walked to the elevator."

"Not one of them ever asked: 'What rooms do you have available tonight?'"

"That question changes everything. Because the answer is almost always: better rooms than the one you're about to get. The system auto-assigns you a room based on an algorithm that optimizes for inventory management not guest experience. It gives you the lowest-category room that matches your reservation. Standard king. Low floor. Parking lot side. That's the default."

"But when you ask me what's available, I open the full inventory. I see the suites sitting empty. The corner rooms unbooked. The premium floors with views that nobody requested. And now I have a reason to move you because you asked."

"In 6 years, I had the ability to upgrade guests on almost every single shift. Empty suites. Open premium rooms. Corner rooms with city views. They were there. Most nights. Most hotels. Most of the time."

"90,000 guests. And not one of them asked what else existed."

I asked her to tell me everything every trick, every mistake, every insider detail from 6 years and 90,000 check-ins behind the Marriott front desk.

Here's all of it 🧵

@StockMarketNerd SoFi had first movers advantage and just glides into earnings every time on hope and dreams. They use 3rd parties for retirement accounts and has no tech advantage. Just smoke and mirrors. It’s sad to say as I have been investing since IPOE

[Dustin @Moore_Fun_Times]

@SaraEisen I was gifted a nfl jersey for Father’s Day and it’s expected ship date is September 28th. They have really provided a terrible experience as it will be after the NFL season starts.

Rocky began as a script about one man's struggle, but five decades later, it has become a global symbol of perseverance that transcends borders. As we celebrate America 250, people still show up to run those same steps Rocky ran in 1976, all 72 of them.

@Pluckers Once a great place to watch a game and kick back beers but now want to turn it into a family restaurant. Anchor bar way better.

[Dustin @Moore_Fun_Times]

@heb Is there a reason you discontinued butter rum muffins?! - they were so good.

Thank you for your consideration or reply in advance. Bring back the butter rum!

@davros17171 @PokerNews I am a annually paid member of the lodge so I know more than most

[Dustin @Moore_Fun_Times]

@davros17171 @PokerNews Re-read the first paragraph and re-read it again.

Ask yourself why it is wrong to drink and play poker. Every bar in America has customers that love to play cards.

Texas has a game that is played around the world after it and is shut down because of booze? Rediculous

[Dustin @Moore_Fun_Times]

@Poker_Traveler To allow other clubs to operate while this one closes is just weird. I am very surprised it has not generated more attention. Every time I went I was treated with a smile and respect. Sincerely was welcomed as I would sit at the table and dealt cards the way card were meant

[Dustin @Moore_Fun_Times]

@SoundOFF13 @keithmurphy For my generation, there has been some good shots. The IU transfer Rucker had some good game winners and there was a bank shot in a BIG game that was clutch but a 3 to win with a new coach after 15 years of good offense but nothing to show for it pretty much puts this one on top

[Dustin @Moore_Fun_Times]

@keithmurphy Thank you for providing us Iowans content during everyone of those Hawk years. You’re the GOAT of iowas sports newscasters!

[Dustin @Moore_Fun_Times]

@Zhoops44 He has mentioned many times his system takes time to implement. Drake was a 1 off due to Hawkeyes opening up. No way he leaves Iowa City before he gets a full 4 year class. Unless someone from above doesn’t reward the program they way he feels. It just takes time.
