If Lamine Yamal somehow manages to win the Ballon D’Or over Olise , then

Cristiano Ronaldo was right

[Laura Lilly @MooreVeee]

@Abberhhameed123 @RMA_Bek Ah like seriously ? what is all these nonsense

[cooligang 🤾🤾🤾 @KingPoopigan]

@RMA_Bek As a Bayern/Kane fan I would very much understand if Mbappe won BD, he had a very productive season in all 3 major competitions last season. I have no idea why Yamal is even in the picture

[Laura Lilly @MooreVeee]

@KDCGlobal_ Yea I like this even though mbappe deserves it most btw

[KDC Global @KDCGlobal_]

Bro! If we are being honest, this is the Ballon d’Or TOP 3 and if ANYONE of them wins it it’s FINE‼️

Olise, Kane and Mbappe⚠️

Anything else, then this magazine award should be binned 🚮

[🅓🅞🅝🅨 @RmaDonyFC]

Yamal in big games last season :

Real Madrid - 0 G/A
Real Madrid - 0 G/A
Atletico Madrid - 0 G/A
Atletico Madrid - 0 G/A
Atletico Madrid - 0G 1A
Atletico Madrid - 0 G/A
Atletico Madrid - 0 G/A
PSG - 0 G/A
Chelsea - 0 G/A

World Cup

Saudi Arabia - 1G 0A
Uruguay - 0 G/A
Portugal - 0 G/A
Belgium - 0 G/A
France - 0 G/A
Argentina - 0 G/A

The most shameless Ballond’or contender of all time ?

[Bayern Arena @BayernArenaFX]

Lamine Yamal wasn’t in the Champions League Team of the Season or the World Cup Team of the Tournament. If he wins the Ballon d’Or, it’ll be the worst one in history. ❌️

People call him “the best”, but why isn’t he even in the XIs of the biggest competitions? It’s pathetic.

[Laura Lilly @MooreVeee]

@TMfutbal Why's the 3rd person there again? 🤣🤣

[Rey @ElReyRmadrid]

My problem with you lot is you don’t read.

The Ballon D’or official page themselves have explained the number 1 criteria is INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCES and the winner can be chosen based on that ALONE.

The only reason they’d move to the 2nd criteria is if there was no individual that stood out.

In this case, Kylian Mbappé definitely wins by a landslide. He stood out in EVERY competition he participated in.

•He became the World Cup’s All time Top Scorer.

•He became the player with the most world cup goal contributions in a single tournament.

•He scored the most opening goals in the WC 2026.

•He became the player with the most WC knockout goals in History.

•He became the Frenchman with the Most WC Goals.

•He became the only player in History to win the La Liga, UCL and World Cup Golden Boots in 1 season.

•He became the only player in history to win the La Liga, UCL and World Cup Golden Boot multiple times.

•He became the player with the most away goals scored in a single UCL Campaign.

•He became the first player in history to win 2 World Cup Golden Boots.

•He became the first player in history to win the WC Golden Boot back to back.

•He became France’s All time Top Scorer.

•He became the first player in France’s History to be both All time Top Scorer and All Time Top Assister.

The only reason he wasn’t named best player in those competitions is because they always choose the best player from the team that won. That’s all.

This post is to educate you so you don’t cry “robbery” when the inevitable happens.

Hope this helps😘.

@TouchlineX BS!!! None of them can be top scorer in World cup, la Liga and champions league ALL IN THE SAME YEAR! ALL IN THE SAME YEAR! and that's football you reward the remarkable. Anyone could join that spain team and they would win any trophy! Bundesliga or league 1? 🤣 tchew shift abeg

[Shuffle FC @ShuffleFC]

Red card No red card

[Laura Lilly @MooreVeee]

@TouchlineX It's simple, get your credibility back by giving him the award.

[#MbappeBallonDor2026 @mbappe_2030]

@TouchlineX Bro, be serious 🥲

[Laura Lilly @MooreVeee]

@centregoals He should bring his champions league

[Laura Lilly @MooreVeee]

@jeregarde00 Football win

[Quin🍒 @KMkarma10]

Kylian mbappe deserves the balloon d'or more than anyone

[Mari 🫩 #mbappeballondor @MbappesClear]

It’s time

[The Football Era @Footballera0]

As a football community, we need to find a way to put an end to this gimmick.

The Ballon d’Or should be awarded to the best player in the world over that calendar year, regardless of the team trophies they won.

Mbappé has been the best player in the world this year, and he has to win it.

[Spencer Morgan @spencermorgan93]

Would bring huge credibility back to the award

Clearly the best player in the world

[Laura Lilly @MooreVeee]
