Moorhead firefighter’s are training this week on practicing bail outs. Should a fire get out of control, performing a bail out is a life-saving solution for firefighter self-survival.

Using a Turkey Fryer? Make sure the turkey is completely thawed and be careful with marinades. Oil and water don't mix! Turkey fryers should always be used outdoors, a safe distance from buildings and any other material that can burn.

Is your smoke alarm older than 10 years? If so, it's time for a replacement! To find out how old your smoke alarm is and its expiration date, simply look on the back of the alarm where the date of manufacture is marked.
