@flyingblue@KLM I am pressuming the lack of response, confirms my concerns that the flying blue program has changed and its no longer worth collecting more than 300 xp per year. Seems a bit of a scam and fraud that this is not warned on the klm website when booking. #KLM#flyingblue
Am wondering if someone from @flyingblue or @KLM can explain why 1600 xp I earnt last year only gave me 1 year towards Platinum for life & the remainder 1300 was removed from my accoun!! What is the point earning more than 300xp a year? It is very unfair to just remove the excess
@flyingblue@KLM Would be great to hear back on this and understand why this has happened. Losing over 1300 XP is crazy and I want to understand more about this and then decide if I should still follow the program if you lose XP like this.

@NetflixNL Hope you will compensate your users for poor service and quality, especially those who got up at 4 in the morning wanting to watch the fight. Not sure #NETFLIX had thought this sport streaming through. Terrible.

@SamsungNL Part 2. 40 to 50 euros. I find this awful that I cannot get the service or repair checked before a cost quote. After 15 years of Samsung in excess of 60 products. This will be my last one I fear. Terrible. Flip phones are just not ready for normal use yet.
@SamsungNL Hi, what is the warranty period on a flip 4? Screen initially broke and was repaired via insurance in March. The screen is now pealing away from the phone, no accidental damage this time and seems to be an issue with the screen itself. Thanks
@SamsungNL Part 1. The link end's up directing me to the insurance site, the insurance site does not recognise my samsung care number. 2 hours on WhatsApp with customer Care to get package picked up they state its user damage (which it is not, only bad screen fitting). So will cost me
