Memecoin Trading tips for newcomers:
Using the example below
if you check a coins "holders" list and see the 'sniper tag' on most of the coins top holders all with 3-6K Entry AVOID that coin. This is the Dev block 0 bundling the coin and will likely unleash 20%+ Supply into all incoming volume. This is NOT an organic chart as much as it may look bullish / uponly to the untrained eye.
if you also look towards the "funded by" tab you will see that all the top holders were funded 6d ago further indicating it's a 1 person bundle. In a healthy chart you would expect wallet ages to range from 0- 2 Years and each have different trading history when clicked on. (You can see individual wallet trading history as well as all other data-sets mentioned + more on Terminal)
Furthermore on @tradingterminal you can also see which trading platform eg. Axiom / Terminal / GMGN / Photon / FOMO etc as an icon near the wallet address. The example below shows NO icons for any wallets further suggesting there is an external third party software being used to bundle, eg, Proxima. A healthy chart usually has a mix of different trading platforms amongst holders.
DATA is the most important tool when navigating memecoin trenches, and you are at a major disadvantage if you are not using a good platform that offers all relevant data. Once you learn the basics you can add more techniques like wallet tracking, x tracking, bubblemap tracking, etc to further enhance your trading experience as a newcomer.
