Attorney General Ken Paxton, I support accountability in government, but I'm frustrated. When Texans call your office for help, or do a portal complaint, your staff often pushes us around instead of helping. Or there is no response... If leadership matters, shouldnt the staff reflect the same commitment to the people? Texans deserve better service.

This warrior is my sister, Pauline, and she continues to fight with everything she has and doesn’t like to ask for help.  A few months ago, she underwent brain surgery. The surgery was successful, but her recovery has been anything but smooth. She has not been able to return to work as her brain is now retraining fluid and causing her dizziness, and fainting spells . She will have to undergo another surgery at a later date, in the meantime she fights to keep her medical insurance and her family with a roof over their heads. Your support, in any amount, would mean so much and is truly appreciated.

I’ve been here since 9 a.m., and I’m frustrated that a simple notary request has not been handled. There are four employees at their desks, three of them are with customers but appear to be discussing personal matters ( IDC about what you ate last night). rather than banking business. I have important things to do and this delay is unacceptable. Wells Fargo San Marcos needs to do better!!
