This policy is highway robbery by @Airbnb . Guests get 24 full refunds but hosts? AirBnB charges the host $50. What if it's 30 days out? Nope. Airbnb still charges you, the host.

Airbnb used to take care of its hosts. Not anymore.

@fedex no customer service. I had two packages requiring a signature, but only one got delivered on the second try which means the driver just didn't want to get out of his truck and knock on a door. Then I had to drive an hour only to find out they shipped my first package back

@TeamTurboTax When you create an account 10 years ago, maybe you live at a different address. It was not my choice as well to change my phone number. Thank that provider for not following the law when it came to military overseas.
