To Whom it mat concern

I am a current Tesla Owner and was going to purchase a pre owned model 3 for our son.  Spoke with used car people, via phone and text and was given misinformation  and after putting a $500 deposit down everything went down hill trade in information was wrong finance was incorrect your tesla people  I was texting and talking with no longer responded had to  call the new car  line to speak with someone after all this and  the numbers that kept changing the deal did not work out and Tesla decided to keep my $500 deposit I would understand if this was all my fault but it was not.  I am very disappointed in the outcome as I stated I just bought a brand new 2024 model 3 and love the car was looking at upgrading to the S at some point I even referred 3 of my friends which I will now tell them of this experience and to be aware if they decided to purchase.     This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and not sure I every want to own or deal with Tesla again,  I would think with a current customer you would be willing to work with us to make it right that fact that tesla didn’t shows that they don't carte
