@lyft Lyft driver tells me, "Lyft doesn't reimburse me for damages to my car, so I cannot drop you at your door." She stated my parking lot had many holes, and yet I've never had this issue before w any Lyft or Uber driver.

@lyft I will defer to Uber because I have never had a driver say, "I can't pull to your door bc Lyft doesn't reimburse us for damages." I had a car seat, a baby, bags, and my parking lot is not "full of holes," as she stated.
