@CBADgg Though I'm disappointed you won't be streaming on YouTube anymore, it's completely understandable why. I'll be showing up to Twitch streams regardless. (I'm a lurker at heart) You're doing fantastic juggling family and content creation. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
@JenJenbles Would it be considered tattoos or the bone equivalent of scarification? Is there ink involved or just a chisel? Genuinely curious, I'm not part of this fandom.
@BrainRockets Wasn't it outright acknowledged they did fine financially with the first few kids? It wasn't until the twins that things started getting tight. (IIRC, it was one of the siblings who said as much?)
@such_hockey_wow IDK, if it's getting to the point dad is "joking" about him not being a bio child, that's not good humor anymore. That's, not something to really joke about? Like, most people won't take that well. Which, fair. Dad/fam has some deep insecurity that should really be addressed.
NTA
@such_hockey_wow Uh. Is he aware there are guy EMTs and nurses? No one is hitting pause to eject the men, or track down women to provide care. She's lucky roomie & RBF were there.
The issue is she fainted. Next is what a possessive creep he is. Hopefully they convince her to stay away. YTA.
@AITA_online This feels like BF M was trying to make this the breakup event. No matter what she was going to spin this to end negatively. BF M knew she wasn't bringing a turkey.
Why would she tell BF? He's never taken her side, he definitely wouldn't this time.
NTA and I hope they breakup.
@berniceisloud And who's going to decide which kids are "acceptably" disabled and which ones aren't?
Schools and doctors don't always make correct assessments. More often than not, they don't. Kids would be ruled as abled when they aren't.
Many schools don't give a sh!t about disabled kids.
@swampflora The 3quart powerxl is pretty quiet, as far as appliances go, I'm also sound sensitive. That's just my experience of course. I hope you find something that works well for you.
As for the vacuum loudness? I bought a mid size PowerXL, and the sound is around microwave level, maybe a *bit* louder. If I'm not in the kitchen, the sound is almost non-existent. That's just my experience though. I do highly recommend them.
@swampflora Yes. I bought one on a friends recommendation and will never go back. The trick is finding the right cook time.
Homemade chicken wings, french fries, *tons* of things come out crispy and delicious. My fam uses the air fryer more then the oven now.
@theshiniestbox Sorry, but would someone mind DMing me who the person this originally started with is? I want to be sure I'm not following them.
I'm really sorry this is happening to you, especially all at once. Best wishes.
@such_hockey_wow I have learned several things from the comments, none of them help OP/bf.
1. They have no idea how science works.
2. They're a lousy partner.
3. They really don't understand the placebo effect.
4. Reddit has Big Problem with using gender neutral pronouns. WTF people, you know how
@AnaMardoll I'm just some Rando, but for what it's worth, you haven't come across that way IMO. You always come off as efficient and direct, even when upset.
(Emojis definitely help, I don't think those are unprofessional. Leaves no room for misinterpretation)
@SweetInTheGale I argued with a sleep dr about my own Neuro condition. Admitted he wasn't familiar, still argued with wrong info.
He called a neurologist right then, who said *the same thing I did.*
Hung up, didn't apologize/acknowledge, and I *still* had to argue.
Drs aren't all knowing.
