We are delighted to share the highlights from the National Careers Week 2026 Conference! 🎥

This year marked our first fully in person conference since the pandemic and it did not disappoint. Bringing together educators, employers, career leaders and young people, the day was filled with energy, inspiration, and collaboration. The passion in the room was tangible, reminding us why National Careers Week exists: to empower, engage and inspire.

The conference offered a variety of sessions, workshops, and interactive discussions designed to:

Inspire ambition and aspiration
Build confidence and self-awareness
Support employability skills and work experience
Showcase the range of pathways and solutions available

It was incredible to see schools, colleges, and employers coming together, collaborating and learning from one another. The conference truly highlighted how shared expertise and enthusiasm can make a real difference in guiding young people toward meaningful work experience.

We are proud to be part of this journey and excited to continue supporting young people, educators, and employers across the UK.
