@MajesticElegaPC second night in a row woken up at 2am in the morning by water dripping from ac unit in ceiling after they "fixed" it. Resort did not even offer to compensate after first night this happened. Not a glowing review for a Five Star destination resort
@MajesticElegaPC I tried to contact guest services two days in a row, clerk told us manager was not working and supervisor unavailable and would not speak to us. Room change offered but the fact that this was over two days puts a bad taste in my mouth concerning the whole experience
