@ArcWillow09 I'm a bit of a defender of tasm2 but it's so bizarre how people pretend it's some flawless masterpiece. Like, the film is a complete and total mess and it's redeeming elements can't fix it's all-over-the-place plot.

As for Jedi hunters it's a case by case basis thing. The Mandalorians, who have a long history of fighting jedi, notably do wear saber resistant armor, but...

@Rainbowsab13927 The thing that most people overlook with Force Unleashed is that first and foremost a God of War clone and most of it's powerscaling comes from trying to match the spectacle of the GoW games.

It makes sense that an adaptation would scale most of that back to fit the lore better.

@regularboi69901 @90shal Obi-Wan's line is vague and does not mention Vader's rank within the order and in the same scene says, "I was once a Jedi Knight the same as your father," so I wouldn't necessarily consider it to be a retcon. (Other than the obvious retcon that Vader and Ani are the same person)

@OwlLych @Aaron_Sparrow I have no idea honestly, but if I had to guess maybe she's just more willing to get scanned than other VAs? Studios would see that as cost cutting measure, only having to pay one actress instead of two and saving dev time with the matching face model.

@OwlLych @Aaron_Sparrow It's easier to map a motion capture performance to a face model resembling the mo-cap actor. This is the reason Insomniac gave for changing peter's face model after Spider-Man ps4 and is probably the reason why there are so many Debra Wilson characters that just look like her.

@lognacio Skywalker is, apparently, a pretty common name in the Star Wars universe and Vader had no real way to know that his son even survived, let alone that he was named "Luke". Unless there's some context I'm missing I don't really think these two things were contradictory.
