@CoryForOhio@MattFinkes Did you not look at the case details?
The bank and Trump agreed to a value of the property for the loan. Appraisers were used to confirm value. Loan was paid back in full. The bank said he is a great customer and would loan again.
This is a civil case, SEC is not involved π€¦
@Matt2517@MattFinkes Did you not look at the case details, or do you not understand how commercial real estate loans work?

You would not be jail.
@VetanzeTherapy@T_Lo_72 I think you forgot how dominant Kyle Pitts was in college. I think he will find himself with Cousins there and a better HC. Even the best TEs take a few years to develop to the NFL. Bowers will be good, but will likely fall short of expecting with a bad QB, WRs, OL, etc
@VetanzeTherapy How about trade down & gather assets. Likely outcome of trading back 5 - 6 spots ends up with Latham to bloster the OL. Assuming a 2nd is part of that package, could get a WR like Coleman or a QB like Penix possibly.
I like that better than Bowers or Nix. We have too many holes.
@ElbowSkin112452@BarstoolBigCat Well, that same logic as Fields sucks cause no one wants to send good picks for him could be used. Maybe Caleb isn't quite what everyone says he is if no one wants to pony up a good package for the #1 pick as the Bears got last year for what is supposed to be a less good QB. π€·
@coperson31@CWilliamsNFL Have you not watched that OL get beat constantly with a quickly collapsing pocket? Yes it was better than the year prior, but not by much.
@VetanzeTherapy Not upset at all. They should trade back and build the team out. If Penix falls into their lap, then easily take him. But besides that, build out and get ready for next year. I'd write off the season to put us in good position to draft Ewers into a good roster with less holes π€·
@POLESPLSEAT And this is why y'all are a Cult for Williams. You just can't let it go. You have to hate Fields, not just like your guy.
Fact is if the defense didn't blow 3 games the team was 10-7 and in the playoffs and Fields is still a Bear. So it's damn reasonable to expect playoffs π
@startkyIeorton He takes longer to throw the ball which is what JF was crucified for where Daniel's does not. He has a stronger arm, not better arm talent. He crumbles in big games, JD how shown the ability to win vs big opponents despite his team. He fumbles way more. I couldn't go on...
@m_e_123456@BarstoolBigCat @Set_42_ Yup! Exactly. Contracts work for more than QBs. Trade back from 1, and you now have 4 1st rd contracts over the next two years for key players at areas of need. OL, LB, WR, DT, S, etc
They all saw some flashy plays from a QB in college and forgot what got them in this mess.
@JoeyCurti @FieldsIsHim @bobgassel Ya, you clearly never watched him and just parrot talking points you like to fit your narrative. Enjoy watching but knowing little about football. Have a good life βοΈ
@Blue2Bongo@CWilliamsNFL@YZR_Fantasy Typical Michigan account making statements with no facts to back any of it up. Shows the quality of the education up there
@YZR_Fantasy@CWilliamsNFL If you adjust for the era, then Farve probably has 50/60+ INTs as well. At least Fields had 33% more TDs than INTs (at least 4 of those were Hail Mary's, one which was kicked straight to a defender)
The fact that this clown of a reporter is on at least his 3rd post asking for apologies is an absolute embarrassment to the profession.
You report the news and dish out inside scoops. Stop it with all the ego stroking. It's gross.
@barstoolWSD@dbr0675own1 Mooney kicked a ball into a defenders hands for an interception that lost a game. But please go on.
DJM and Kmet had the best years of their careers with Fields, but don't let facts get in the way.
