I received the wrong product and now there’s no customer support, so I cancelled all my pending orders and got refunds. I can’t trust them anymore because there’s no customer support.

@amazon for 30 mins delivery, what they do, they ship wrong product and take the pride of delivery, but after then, we customer have to spend tons of hours just to get that wrong product replaced or returned.

Just bought the ICICI FastTag and struggling to talk with custmer executive, kept my call on hold for more than 10 mins and then disconnected the call without speaking. Stuggle is already started with @ICICIBank_Care
This is how JIO DND is working. Getting every day calls from marketing agencies, I am daily reporting those numbers in DND complaints, but this calls are not stopping. JIO DND services is totally failing. @JioCare I am not even able to block this SMS
Really frustrating experience with @bankofbaroda getting calls from official 1600 series numbers on a Sunday evening just to say “your credit card bill is already paid. And give promotional offers?” This is why we avoid these numbers. Please don’t misuse official channels.
@MyLloydCare360@MyLloydCare360 I received a service OTP meant to be shared only after service, but engineer called asking for it without any service being done to close the request. When I denied then he told me that he will sent the engineer. I have the call recording and num. as proof.
Disappointed with LLOYD AC service. It’s 6 months since purchase and we raised free service request (20032649382853), but even after 10+ days, 3 follow-ups, the AC is still not serviced.

@ICICILombard@ICICILombard if your working time is limited, then please limit your SMS and marketing calls to that limit only? Why I am getting SMS on late night? I still received SMS at 9 PM. And When I call to customer care, there is a queue for atleast 20 mins to get an agent on call.

@DJIIndia Cameras available online, but batteries and chargers & other acc. always out of stock. I commented about this on Instagram and the comment was deleted. Instead of solving the issue, they silence customers. Very disappointing.
Amazon sellers now shipping faulty/used products that doesn't work on arrival & Amazon says "contact brand" for replacement.

@JioCare do you have any customer care number to register complaints on my recharge issues, recharged data pack on 21st April, unable to activate and today it shows me pack is vanished, No activation history, No customer care number, only useless AI bots for customer support.
