Six individuals arrested over the seizure of 3.9 metric tonnes of cocaine, estimated to be worth $261 million, have been brought before the court.

The shipment was reportedly intercepted by French authorities after the cocaine was allegedly concealed in a consignment presented as plastic waste. Investigators say Germany was the intended destination.
