NEWS: A Zimbabwean national was on Monday arrested in Middelburg in Mpumalanga province after he was found carrying 582 passports of Malawi, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
Each passport had cash stuffed inside it, suggesting that the money was a bribe for an immigration official to stamp them and legalise the stay of the holders in South Africa.
The total cash found inside all the passports was R147 300 00 and the Zimbabwean man will appear in court today - KZN Tonight Podcast
