Article 23[2] of the Constitution of Uganda provides that a person arrested, restricted or detained shall be kept in a place authorised by Law.

Further Article 23[4] provides that a person arrested or detained shall not if earlier released be brought to a court of law as soon as possible and in any case not later than 48hrs from the time of arrest.

Assuming that @NinyeTabz committed an offence, his human rights shouldn't be violated.
