@omolalomi Exactly. Every child didn't have the same upbringing and that's why we are supposed to have the best among us as leaders.
Leaders punish bad behavior no matter who the person is. Thats what deter others.
Good leaders instill discipline that eventually should become norm.
@omolalomi You will actually be shocked that one of the disco staff is also culpable.
He must have also seen how their bosses circumvent policies to enrich themselves. He also want to do it.
Followers won't decide to break laws if they don't see leaders doing it and getting Scotfree
I went to the immigration office to apply for a passport. On getting there, I heard someone shouting behind me. It turned out she was greeting me with all the excitement a human can express.
"Doctorrrrr, doctor! Good morning, sir!" she yelled. "That's my doctor! What brought you to our office?"
I quickly explained my mission.
She literally took my hand and led me to the offices where I needed to be processed.
"He's my doctor. He needs a passport."
Within 45 minutes, I was done.
I offered her money for drinks. She declined, saying she cannot collect money from her doctor.
Meanwhile, I learned that some people had been there as early as 6am.
I'm grateful for her help.
I tasted what access looks like. I highly recommend.
Mikel Arteta on why Noni Madueke did not take a penalty in the UCL final against PSG
โI asked Noni Madueke to be the third penalty taker, but he told me he was feeling pressure and did not feel comfortable taking it.
I respect honesty from players, and I will never force someone in a moment like that.
But I also have to be honestโฆ I do not fully understand it.
This is a player who, at Chelsea, had no problem fighting over penalties with Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson. So when the biggest moment arrived, a Champions League final, suddenly there was pressure?
Gabriel stepped up, took responsibility and unfortunately missed. I will never blame players for missing penalties, but mentality matters.
At a club trying to win the biggest trophies, I do not want players who run away from pressure. Big players must embrace big moments.โ

@Ifreke The 6 mins had been played even before Saka picked the ball to play the corner.
As usual, he expects that he would would be allowed to play the setpiece. That's why he was taking his time as every club will do during setpiece
What if it was a penalty and the time was up ๐ค
