@beautypie Me again. Now the site is telling me that there is a problem with my membership - I have accrued a decent allowance and trying to use it. It will now only let me purchase at non member prices.

However I seem to think @beautypie said that doing it this way might take longer to show the refund back in accounts (PayPal is currently saying mine will be back in 3-5 days).

Also can I correct this - it wasn’t £1k (can’t add that early in the morning). It was I think £270 though. Now appears to be refunded in PayPal.

@beautypie @ElethWynn I can beat this - in the last hour you’ve tried to take more than £1000 via my Paypal account. This is not something you can leave and ask people to email customer services, I’m afraid you need to get someone out of bed and deal with it now.

@lnsmurdo @ElethWynn @janefowler @beautypie @marciakilgore Mine is now being refunded but I think that was PayPal sorting it as I raised a dispute so if you pay through PayPal that might be worth a go? I don’t know if any more payments are being attempted as cancelled all cards.
