Mossuki is lying. The customer asked, initiated a refund in Paypal, and THEN Mossuki finished the art and sent the file to avoid having refund. They've done this before. They didn't run off with the peice, Mossuki gave them art they didnt want and is trying to punish them for it.

its weird to see mistakes like this with an artist who otherwise presents as having god given skills to draw anatomy without even needing a rough sketch
